Assistant Officer-Senior Officer (Retail CRM Department)

Education: Post-Graduation preferably in business discipline from reputed university with no third Class / Division.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Minimum Three (3) years’ work experience in Retail Credit Risk Management Division of any reputed commercial bank(s) in Dhaka.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (both verbal & written).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office.
  • Multi tasking ability.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Analysis & recommend Retail loan product complying with PPG & BB guideline (e.g. Credit Card, Personal loan, Car Loan, Professional loan).
  • Check & Cross matching of all information between lap & document & CPV.
  • Scrutiny all income related supporting documents like Bank statement, Salary Certificate of the applicants, etc.
  • Send justified queries to concerned Branch/Sales Managers in time.
  • Maintain liaison with the Branches/Sales managers regarding Shortfall documents & make fruitful discussion regarding the queries as per PPG.
  • Timely delivery of support to other wings for reducing the delinquency level and profitable business growth.
  • Train up Retail CRM support officer/Fresh officer.
  • Update information to Senior Manager- Retail CRM related to Market, Industries etc.
  • Any other task assigns by line manager when needed.
  • Achieve at least “Good” audit from Internal Control /regulators.
  • Ensure of maintenance of turn-around time (TAT) of all Retail Loans proposal.
