Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary
The Coordinator E-Business will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence across multiple online marketplaces. This role involves managing listings, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketplace operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple E-Business platforms.
- Ensure all marketplace accounts are compliant with platform-specific policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Monitor account health metrics (e.g., seller ratings, feedback, performance notifications) and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Create and maintain accurate, SEO-optimized product descriptions, titles, and images to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Regularly update product information, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure consistency across all marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and rankings.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on marketplace performance, including sales, customer reviews, and return rates.
- Use data insights to recommend pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels across all platforms to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient order processing and shipping.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on marketplaces to maintain a positive brand image.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on marketplaces to drive sales and increase visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align marketplace promotions with broader marketing strategies.
- Vendor & Partner Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and vendor partners.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and promotional opportunities with marketplace platforms.
- Stay informed about changes in marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline marketplace operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and implement new tools, technologies, or processes to enhance marketplace performance.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketplace management to ensure consistency and scalability.
Contract Duration: The contract duration is six months, with the possibility of an extension.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Advertising Agency, Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Fast Food Shop, E-commerce, Online Streaming Startup
Additional Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of major E-Business marketplaces, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
