Requirements
Education: Post-graduate degree in a relevant field with excellent academic credentials
Experience: At least 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • At least four years of progressive experience in administration, organization, people engagement, marketing, and communications
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required. Additionally, the ability to extract and analyze data, and create surveys or Google Sheets, is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues is essential
  • Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements; willingness to work outside office hours, including weekends and evenings, if required on rare occasions

Department: Office of Co-curricular Activities (OCA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to students’ clubs for implementing their activities on and outside the campus by doing various tasks, i.e. consulting, emailing, documenting, reporting, and other administrative duties
  • Collaborate with clubs and organize regular programs such as observance of national days and celebrations, seminars, training, and workshops for students
  • Evaluate and prioritize queries and provide necessary information to students, faculty members, and administration staff in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Negotiate with club members regarding event arrangements
  • Coordinate with club students, club advisors, faculty and administration staff, and other departments to ease and expedite various activities of the Office of Co-curricular Activities
  • Prepare requisitions for procurement and finance as per requirements and process for approval
  • Prepare bills/vouchers and a summary of expenses for specific programs
  • Provide directions to student volunteers who may, from time to time, be assigned to support specific events of the OCA
  • Creating and implementing surveys to collect relevant data to enhance service quality and produce reports as required
