Responsibilities & Context:

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking events.
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver persuasive and informative product presentations and demos, effectively communicating the value of Dokan Plugin and Dokan Cloud to potential customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, thoroughly understanding their business needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust and enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts, ensuring sales goals are supported.
  • Coordinate with support and development teams to address customer queries and feedback promptly, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dokan products to effectively position them in the market.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Have 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on software or eCommerce.
  • Understand WordPress, eCommerce, and multi-vendor marketplaces, which is beneficial for the role.
  • Communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with clients to close deals.
  • Use CRM software, sales tools, and productivity software proficiently to manage sales processes.
  • Work independently and within a team, driven by self-motivation and goal-oriented behavior.
  • Approach sales with a proactive mindset, focusing on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment with sales goals.
