Duty Manager | Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Ltd.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality across all departments and ensure brand standards are upheld.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols are followed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas, rooms, and facilities to maintain high standards.
  • Lead and motivate staff to ensure efficient performance and teamwork.
  • Assist in training and development programs for front-line employees.
  • Handle shift handovers and ensure all operational details are communicated effectively.
  • Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and coordinate with security and management.
  • Address and resolve escalated guest issues, staff conflicts, and service disruptions.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and assist with room allocation strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments for smooth hotel operations.
  • Prepare shift reports and update management on critical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and service policies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Requirements: Age 28 to 35 years
