Key Responsibilities
Marketing Agent
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s real estate services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage social media campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and traditional advertising strategies.
- Create and oversee content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, property expos, and networking activities.
Web Designer
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, responsive websites for the company.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and a seamless user experience.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance online visibility through SEO and content strategy.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design layouts aligned with branding guidelines.
- Implement website security, backups, and updates to ensure smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to continuously improve site aesthetics and usability.
Graphic Designer
- Develop visually appealing marketing materials for print, web, and social media campaigns.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, presentations, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all media.
- Create engaging content for social media, including infographics and motion graphics.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and promotional content as needed.
- Stay updated with design trends to create modern and compelling visuals.
- Coordinate with print vendors and ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
Finance Accountant
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for company operations.
- Ensure timely tax filing, VAT compliance, and adherence to financial regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and expense management.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with auditors and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant experience in their respective fields.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, QuickBooks).

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
