Responsibilities & Context

  • All activities of production line operation.
  • Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
  • Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
  • To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
  • Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
  • Participate as a team guide to solve hygiene, TPM and safety audit issues.
  • Co-ordinate with various department & ensure smooth operations of the plant.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • BSc. in Food Engineering/ Chemistry

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage

Additional Requirements: Age 24 to 32 years
