Position: Executive – Human Resources Department

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance standards for employees.
  • Assist in designing and executing OD interventions (e.g., change management, leadership development, employee engagement).
  • Prepare and update Job Description, Job Specification & Organogram reflecting reporting relationships and role alignment.
  • Assist in developing & standardizing policies, SOP and other documents.
  • Support competency framework development and implementation across departments.
  • Analyze and evaluate HR metrics and industry benchmark data to provide input for Organizational KPIs.

Requirements

Education

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university with excellent academic record
  • MPHRM degree will be an added advantage

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment
  • Basic pharmaceuticals process related knowledge
