Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide service updates, and escalate complex issues.
  • Check and update product inventory, report discrepancies, and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized.
  • Log, inspect, and forward warranty products for service.
  • Process exchanges of products as per policy.
  • Ensure smooth handling of all post-purchase customer needs.

Requirements

Education: Higher Secondary

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
