Responsibilities & Context
- Handle customer inquiries, provide service updates, and escalate complex issues.
- Check and update product inventory, report discrepancies, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Log, inspect, and forward warranty products for service.
- Process exchanges of products as per policy.
- Ensure smooth handling of all post-purchase customer needs.
Requirements
Education: Higher Secondary
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
