Guest Relations Officer | Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa

Responsibilities & Context

  • The Ambassador of the hotel and represents and lives the values of hospitality, etiquette and sublime attention to guests and visitors.
  • Monitors the status and the requirements of guests in the lobby and all public areas
  • Addresses and solves urgent requirements of the guests
  • Takes special care of disabled guests, families with children, aged guests
  • Assists guests with directions, hotel information, local events and organizes outings as desired
  • Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth
  • To handle all arrival and departure records
  • To perform cashiering duties as required in relation to foreign currency exchange, payments, charges and checking out 
  • To show hotel rooms and suits to prospective clients and guests
  • To handle guest enquiries and requests and to have a thorough knowledge of the Resort and its surrounding areas 
  • To ensure that all public and back of house areas are maintained to the specified levels of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation and to instigate appropriate action when necessary 
  • Using your exceptional guest engagement skills to provide personalized service and a memorable experience for our guests – every guest, every interaction and every day.
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts
  • Taking bookings, providing helpful information & entering reservations
  • Answering guests queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring service provided by to guest is to standards
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Airline, Resort, Airport Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements: Age 26 to 35 years
