HR Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Updating and maintaining applicant database. 
  • Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews. 
  • Conducting initial applicant screenings. 
  • Engage with different Universities to create awareness about Augmedix as an Employer.
  • Develop content and provide output about social media marketing for employer branding.
  • Provide all backend support to participate in different career fairs and sessions.
  • Attend career fairs & sessions at different universities.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to our campus activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in  Business Administration with a concentration in HR or Marketing
  • Expert in Gsuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail Calendar Management)
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel to different universities and organizations.
  • Understanding of Confidentiality.

Details:

  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Fully Subsidized meals and snacks
