Responsibilities & Context
- Review employee requests daily and process them accordingly.
- Issue appointment letters to new hires.Prepare and update employee profiles with accurate information.
- Post job vacancies on job portals to attract potential candidates.
- Inform candidates about interview schedules and confirm their attendance.
- Issue various official notices as per instructions from management.
- Ensure all new employees have submitted the required documents.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain a “Daily Visitor List” to track guests and accounts-related visits.
- Identify and report any errors or issues in the HRMS software.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Requirements: Age at least 21 years
