The HR Manager will lead and manage the Human Resources department, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role encompasses overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team in executing operational and strategic plans.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop retention strategies, including career development plans and employee .engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Promote effective communication between management and employees.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to others managers on performance improvement and career progression.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Promote leadership development and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect legal and organizational changes.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Use HR metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare reports on key HR initiatives and workforce trends.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in the hospitality or service industry is a strong advantage (Hotel job experience will get preference).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and workforce analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
