Information Officer

Customer Service: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors and members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the center’s services, programs, and events. 
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist visitors with the registration process and membership applications. 

Front Desk Operations: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. 
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs for members and visitors. 
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking of facilities and equipment. 

Administrative Duties: 

  • Maintain accurate records of visitor and member attendance. 
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and programs. 
  • Handling the membership fees with the accounts department along with the money.
  • Share all important messages/ Issues with the Admin dept. regularly.  
  • Taking program photos and uploading them. 

Security and Safety: 

  • Monitor access to the center and ensure that all visitors and members sign in and out.
  • Report any security concerns or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the efficient operation of the center.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. 
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. 

Education – 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related subject from a reputed University or College in Bangladesh.
  • Diploma in Administration/Office Management /Front Office Management/Logistics or any other  relevant diploma preferred 

Additional Requirements – 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in English and Bengali.  
  • At least two (2) years of experience in front office work is required. 
  • Working experience in Admin and Logistics would be an added advantage. 
  • Experience in using Google Workspace. 
  • Self-directed, reliable, accountable, professional; fair & objective; effective coordination &  delegation.
