The Opportunity
The intern will support the HR department in organizing personnel files, interview process papers, HR store re-organization and prepare catalogue of the necessary documents.
Responsibilities
- Assist Coordinator-Talent Acquisition in HR Store management
- Organize Personnel files in effective manner
- Organize interview process papers and make electronic catalogue for easy access
- Provide logistical support in interview arrangement
- Contact candidates if required
- Printing out and organize the interview documents for smooth process
- Support in new staff onboarding
- Provide support in capacity building initiatives (if required)
- Assist to team member as and when required
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Good English Language communication skills (both oral & written)
- Excellent team player and willingness to learn
- Strong commitment to the values and principles of Save the Children
