Interns will be assigned for a challenging and exciting project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support day to day HR operation
- Prepare different kinds of reports where required.
- Assist HR Manager on hiring, on-boarding process, training module preparation, HR operation related work and documentation
- Work with manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Coordinate and assist work activities for managers and employees

- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
