Management Trainee Officer
Successful candidates will undergo a one-year probationary period with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 52,000/-. Upon successful completion of this probationary period, they will be confirmed as Executive Officers and entitled to a monthly gross salary of Tk. 67,900/-.

Academic Requirements

  • A Master’s degree with a four-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
  • A minimum CGPA of 3.00 or First Class in both Graduation and Post-Graduation levels.
  • GPA 5.00 in both Secondary and Higher Secondary or at least three A’s with two B’s in O Level and one A with one B in A Level.

Eligibility Criteria for Application
In addition to the academic qualifications, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age not exceeding 32 years as of 30 April 2025.
  • No third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in any academic qualification will be accepted.
  • Willingness to serve the bank for a minimum period of five (5) years.
  • General proficiency in computer literacy (Sound IT skills in MS Office, E-mail, Internet).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective presentation skills.
