Manager/Assistant Manager-Admin | Akij Food & Beverage

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Oversee the daily factory operations of the administrative office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. Including gardening, beautification, office decoration, housekeeping, cleanliness, pest control, staff canteen operation, CCTV operation, etc.
  • Plan & Organize factory events meeting & external visit.
  • Liaison with government bodies ( DIFE, DOE, FSCD, Local Thana, Local Govt. & Non- govt. bodies).
  • Monitor costs & expense to assist in the annual administrative budget preparation.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff in their roles, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.
  • Handle communicate with internal & external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractor, service provider, VIP guest & higher officials of the company, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of the factory security operations.
  • Ensuring the safety of employees by overseeing fire safety measures emergency protocols & maintain safety equipment.
  • Ensure that all company records, including, safety documents, inventory records, and other essential documents, are up-to-date and compliant with legal regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative queries, and provide support as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all departments, ensuring that key information is shared in a timely and clear manner.
  • Manage & organize office operations, maintain records & databases, supervise various sections of the admin department.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental & legal policies.
  • Regulatory affairs related task.
  • Prepare submissions of license variations & renewals to strict deadlines.
  • Monitor costs and expense to assist in budget preparation.
  • Liaison with government and non-government authorities for various aspects.
  • Assist in conducting various events i.e., Family Day, Picnic, Annual Sports, Death Anniversary, etc.
  • Ability to lead the team with accountability and a high delegation level.

Education: Masters in any discipline from any reputed university, PGDHRM will give preference

Experience: 6 to 12 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product.

Additional Requirements: Age 30 to 45 years
