Responsibilities & Context
Grade: OG II – PO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team visits for new site selection.
- Preparing the floor plan, 3D design & BOQ.
- Float RFQ for selecting the interior vendor.
- Commencement of work as per design & BOQ.
- Regular site visits to ensure proper implementation of design & BOQ.
- Providing work progress reports to users and processing running bills (3 phases running bills).
- Maintaining liaison with relevant stakeholders (Procurement, DSS & Branding).
- Testing and commissioning the equipment.
- Premises handover to the stakeholders.
- Final bill checking and processing.
- Provide relevant support during the warranty period and process the retention money of the projects.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record. Candidates with a Civil/EEE engineering or equivalent background are preferred.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
