Responsibilities & Context

Grade: OG II – PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team visits for new site selection.
  • Preparing the floor plan, 3D design & BOQ.
  • Float RFQ for selecting the interior vendor.
  • Commencement of work as per design & BOQ.
  • Regular site visits to ensure proper implementation of design & BOQ.
  • Providing work progress reports to users and processing running bills (3 phases running bills).
  • Maintaining liaison with relevant stakeholders (Procurement, DSS & Branding).
  • Testing and commissioning the equipment.
  • Premises handover to the stakeholders.
  • Final bill checking and processing.
  • Provide relevant support during the warranty period and process the retention money of the projects.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record. Candidates with a Civil/EEE engineering or equivalent background are preferred.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
