BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:

Position: Officer, Data Analytics and Risk Modeling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the Small Credit database and ensure the data quality is high.
  • Explore the ETL tools for the database.
  • Develop RPA tools for Automated Portfolio Analysis and Report Generation.
  • Work on machine learning models and data science tools for developing risk modeling and scorecards.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards.
  • Work on the digitalized portfolio data management process.
  • Prepare the data for risk modeling, such as scorecards, LGD, ECL, etc.
  • Work on process automation with Python/R.
  • Prepare documents/white paper for modeling.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputed institution on a relevant subject in Information and Communication Engineering/Data Science is preferred with a satisfactory academic track record.
  • Minimum one year of working experience, preferably in data science and risk modeling in any financial organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command over data science concepts and automation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Python for Data Science, R, and SQL is preferred.
  • Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and a team player.
