Officer, HR Operations (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintaining confidential employee information record
  • Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement for 800-1000 employees monthly
  • Generating and issuing various HR-related documents such as NOCs, Salary Certificates, and employment experience letters as per requirements
  • Handling absconding cases and associated procedures professionally and efficiently
  • Working closely with the Employer Branding and Culture Development initiatives to foster a positive work environment
  • Conducting background checks for new hires and maintaining employee personal file databases
  • Conducting exit interviews and meticulously maintaining associated databases
  • Cultivating strong relationships with team members, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS System

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree preferably in Human Resource Management from a reputable university
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR operations
  • Willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the People Team agenda with a willingness to continuously learn
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
