Project Officer

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Agriculture, experiences in the related field is preferable  

Responsibilities:

  • Formation & Functioning of Friendship Community Development Committee (FCDC) and Friendship Farmers Club (FFC) 
  • Conduct survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guideline
  • Maintain high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring
  • Develop work plan and submit to the Supervisor and ensure its implementation.
  • Successfully complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.    
  • Organize and facilitate training·        
  • Provide input support to the beneficiaries·       
  • Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with our FCDC and FFC member and motivate to implement. 

Activities:

  • Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual report to the supervisor
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Liaison with the different stakeholders  
  • Conduct TNA and FINA
  • Monitor and supervise the project activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization
  • Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
