Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food, service, health, and safety while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
- Train, manage, and schedule restaurant staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, control food and beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize the menu and service.
- Prepare reports on sales and inventory.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors, Diploma
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Resort
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
