Senior Executive/Asst. Manager-HRBP | Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
  • To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
  • To help probation management process.
  • To ensure performance management process on time.
  • To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
  • To help the rewards and punishment process.
  • To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
  • To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
  • Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
  • Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
  • Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
  • Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it’s disbursement.
  • To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
  • Any other duties as instructed by management

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA from any discipline
  • MBA in HRM
  • PGDHRM

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

  • Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
  • Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
  • Have adequate knowledge on labor act & rules as well as related compliance standard.
