Responsibilities & Context
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
- To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
- To help probation management process.
- To ensure performance management process on time.
- To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
- To help the rewards and punishment process.
- To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
- To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
- Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
- Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
- Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
- Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
- Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it’s disbursement.
- To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
- Any other duties as instructed by management
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA from any discipline
- MBA in HRM
- PGDHRM
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

- Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
- Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
- Have adequate knowledge on labor act & rules as well as related compliance standard.
