Senior Executive, Human Resources

Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive role is a merge between central HR operations management and business partnering. The incumbent will play a key part in managing talent acquisition operations and employer branding initiatives for 10 Minute School while simultaneously partnering with assigned functions to ensure smooth collaboration and act as a strategic advisor to providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. The job details and responsibilities are given below:

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding content across various platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to assigned functions, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on performance management and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university in Bangladesh preferably in business administration, management or human resources 
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and/or employer branding.
  • Experience of working with multiple segments of HR will receive advantage 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving work culture
  • Must have a can-do attitude to get things done effectively and efficiently
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications.
  • Passion for building efficient processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient knowledge of Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Google Workflow
  • Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
