  • To meet our increasing demand currently we’re looking for confident self-starters with leadership potential and the ability to build relationships in a collaborative environment in following position.

Key responsibilities/activities:

  • Execute the implementation of approved marketing plan including but not limited to new product launches such as creating product brochures & literatures, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity
  • Perform market analysis, prepare business reports and rolling marketing promotional plan and take initiative for category business growth as advised
  • Create, innovate and respond to market needs to drive desired growth in market share
  • Provide administrative support, maintain harmony and good teamwork with internal stakeholders
  • Establish & maintain rapport & relationships with external stakeholders (i.e. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Healthcare / Medical Associations etc.)
  • Manage Corporate Digital Assets (Website and Social Media Platforms) with appointed 3rd party vendors (FB, Youtube etc.)
  • Perform training and product knowledge education to distributors’ sales team and/or outlet’s frontliners and ad hoc assignments as advised by management.

Requirements

Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s with business/science background from reputed University.

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing / Business development with reputed Pharma / Healthcare / FMCG companies
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, Pivot table)
  • Good analytical and sound problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with sense of urgency
