Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain VAT related register like, Mushuk 4.3, 6.6, 6.3, 6.1, 6.2.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from food companies.
  • Help about VAT, VDS, TDS etc. to SCM and other related team as per requirements.
  • Prepare and submission of monthly VAT Return to VAT authority;
  • Administer VAT software integration and management with JDE in line with NBR requirements.        
  • Corresponding with Custom office like, Circle, Division & Commissioner Office.       
  • Maintain Purchase and Sales Account Register as per VAT and VDS, TDS, SD Act 2012       
  • Advice Accounts payable team and vendors for correctness of VAT challan (Mushak 6.3 and other related documents) to comply with regulatory requirements.        
  • Prepare and issue VAT (Mushak 6.6, 6.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 etc.) to the appropriate vendors        
  • Liaison with VAT authority on regular basis.        
  • VAT related all work (VDS of supplier bill, collection of vat challan with certificate-6.6).

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • CA CC/ CMA (Inter), ITP Preferred.
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Super store
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 18 years
  • Candidates should have experience in SAP FICO at least 2-3 years.
  • Sound knowledge in VAT & Tax Law.
