Responsibilities & Context

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Manage operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with customer.
  • Ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer complain with a professional and positive manner to promote optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation (For different case).
  • Report day-to-day activities to the Branch I/C.

JOB NATURE:

  • Full-Time (Shifting & Roster)
  • Shift- Morning 10 am to 6 pm and Evening: 1pm to 8.30 pm)

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
  • MBA or English Medium background is preferred

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Requirements

  • Fresher’s & experienced both are encouraged to apply
  • For experience : minimum 2 – 3 years
  • Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
  • Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly
  • Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and pleasant conversation
  • Must have advanced situational judgment –ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers
  • Technical competencies: basic computer skill-MS-Office, good typing skill.
  • Flexibility: One should have willingness to work both shifts and on public holidays
