4. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria to be eligible for admission:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) or its equivalent in any field with a minimum 2nd Class/Division or CGPA 2.50.
2. BA/BSS (Pass) degree with a minimum of 5 (five) years of job experience in the development field.
3. Armed Forces Officers/Personnel holding any of the above-mentioned degrees. Candidates holding a BA/BSS (Pass) degree must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of service in the Armed Forces.
