Bangladesh captain Litton Das has apologised to fans after their 3-0 T20 series defeat to Pakistan. The Tigers lost the final match by seven wickets yesterday (1 June) at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, despite setting a target of 197. Pakistan chased it down with 16 balls to spare.

In the post-match interview, Litton admitted the team’s shortcomings: “We didn’t bowl or field well in the first two matches. This time, we batted well on a good wicket, but we need to learn how to bowl to different batters.”Acknowledging the consistent support from Bangladeshi fans, he added, “The crowd was fantastic throughout. I’m sorry to our fans that we couldn’t win a single match. We hope to bounce back soon.”
