The admission tests for the 2024–25 academic session at Comilla University will be held on 19 and 25 April 2025. In a joint meeting between the university authorities and the central admission committee, several decisions were taken to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the exams, including strict security measures.
All candidates must comply with the following seven rules:
- Due to the possibility of traffic congestion, candidates have been advised to arrive in Comilla at least a day before their scheduled exam.
- Candidates may enter their respective exam centres up to one hour before the test begins. However, they must be seated in the exam hall no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the test.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after the examination has started.
- Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying any electronic devices during the test. This includes mobile phones, calculators, watches, cameras, tablets, ATM cards, Bluetooth devices, or any similar items.
- Candidates may bring their bags into the exam hall, but any electronic devices must be kept inside their bags. These bags must be placed in a designated corner at the front of the exam hall.
- For security purposes, invigilators will check whether any candidate is wearing an electronic device in their ears.
- Except for officials assigned with specific duties, no one—including invigilators—is allowed to use a mobile phone inside the exam centre during the test.
