The Department of Marketing at Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) celebrated the 8th Bangladesh Marketing Day 2025 with great enthusiasm on 16 and 17 October, embracing the national theme “Marketing Wellbeing.”

The celebration began with a colourful rally on campus, where students and faculty members from the Faculty of Business Administration joined to highlight the role of marketing in fostering creativity, innovation, and sustainable development.

The event was graced by Professor Dr Kamal Hossain, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Chairman of the Department of Marketing, as the chief guest. Among other distinguished attendees were SM Shariful Haque, SM Monirul Islam, Abdullah Al Mamun, and several other faculty members from the department.

In his remarks, Professor Dr Kamal Hossain said marketing is not just about promoting products or services but about understanding people, driving innovation, and contributing to the wellbeing of society. He appreciated the active participation of students and encouraged them to continue learning how ethical and sustainable marketing can advance the nation’s economic progress.

The event concluded with group photos and an informal networking session, celebrating the collaborative spirit of marketers and reaffirming JUST’s commitment to nurturing future marketing leaders.
