BRAC University hosted the second International Case Conference on Business and Management (ICCBM) 2025 on Thursday, bringing together academics, industry professionals and researchers at its campus.

The conference was organised in memory of BRAC University founder Sir Fazle Hasan Abed, recognising his contributions to education, leadership and inclusive development.

This year’s conference focused on the theme “AI, innovation and sustainability: rethinking enterprise, practice and leadership”, addressing challenges and opportunities for businesses amid rapid global transformation. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions and case presentations, participants examined the role of artificial intelligence and innovation in promoting sustainable and responsible leadership.

The event served as a platform for dialogue between academia and industry, facilitating the exchange of research-based insights and practical experiences. Case studies presented at the conference highlighted emerging business models, ethical considerations and leadership approaches relevant to contemporary enterprises.

BRAC University also acknowledged the support of its publishing partner, Emerald Publishing, for contributing to the academic outreach of the conference. Organisers said ICCBM 2025 reflected the university’s continued commitment to advancing research, knowledge-sharing and thought leadership in business and management education.
