Dhaka University (DU) has suspended all previously scheduled examinations on 10 February to ensure students’ presence at their respective polling centres during the 13th National Parliamentary Election.

However, examinations of Dhaka University affiliated colleges and institutes will be held according to the pre-announced schedule, said a press release issued by the university’s Office of the Controller of Examinations today (7 February).

The press release stated, “Dhaka University administration has postponed all previously scheduled examinations on 10 February to ensure students’ presence at their respective polling centres. However, examinations of affiliated colleges and institutes will be held according to the pre-announced schedule.”

It further said, “The revised schedule for the postponed examinations will be announced in due course based on proposals from the concerned departments and institutes.”
