Key Admission Dates
- Application Deadline: 22 April 2026
- Admission Test: 24 April 2026 | Time: 10:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: Four-year Bachelor’s or a three-year Honours degree in Economics or a related discipline.
- Results: Minimum CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or at least a Second Class in all exams.
- Appearing Students: Undergraduate students currently appearing for final exams may sit for the admission test upon approval.
Scholarship & Financial Aid
Based on Admission Test:
- One 50% Waiver
- Two 25% Waivers
Based on CGPA (Tuition Fee Waiver):
- NSU Graduates: 75% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.75) | 50% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.50)
- Group A University Graduates: 50% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.80) | 30% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.50)
- Group B University Graduates: 35% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.80) | 20% Waiver (CGPA $\ge$ 3.50)
Programme Features & Opportunities
- Accreditation: First ACBSP-accredited graduate Economics programme in Bangladesh.
- Structure: 30-credit programme (up to 9 credits of foundation courses depending on background).
- Flexibility: Weekday evening and weekend classes with transportation facilities provided for evening sessions.
- Global Collaboration: Graduate degree collaboration agreement with the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA.
