The tournament tested the limits of logic and reasoning through the Australasian, UADC and British Parliamentary debating formats.

From 10 to 13 April, the arena came alive with four days of intense intellectual competition as 108 elite teams and nearly 500 participants from across the country took part in Eastern Bank PLC presents 14th DRMC Nationals. The tournament tested the limits of logic and reasoning through the Australasian, UADC and British Parliamentary debating formats.
This year’s edition marked a significant milestone for the Bangla ISC circuit, with the introduction of the UADC format for the first time at the DRMC Nationals, setting a new benchmark for competitive debating in the country.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Honorable Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Zahir Uddin Swapon, alongside Md. Jaber Hossain, Principal of Dhaka Residential Model College, who presented the trophies to the champion and runners-up teams.
With its growing scale and expanding formats, the event highlighted a promising future for logic, leadership and competitive debating in Bangladesh.
