• Full tuition fee waiver: 100% exemption covering up to USD 36,500 per year.
• Monthly living stipend:
  • Master’s (MS/MA): 43,500 TL per month.
  • PhD (Pre-qualification): 67,500 TL per month.
  • PhD (Post-qualification): 75,000 TL per month.
• Accommodation: Free on-campus housing (subject to the specific scholarship category).
