Team “Breaking BRAC” crowned champions at AI BuildFest 2026
A team of students from BRAC University, named “Breaking BRAC,” has been crowned champion in the MARTECH (Branding & Marketing) track at AI BuildFest 2026 for their project Imprnt.AI.
The team members include Al Faridul Karim, Yeanul Haque Khan Akib, Hasibur Rahman, Mohammad Wasik Zubair Abrar, and Kh. Toha Ibne Nazim.
The competition was one of the largest AI-focused university events in Bangladesh, bringing together around 3,360 participants and 612 teams from universities across the country, highlighting the rapid growth of student-led innovation in artificial intelligence and digital solutions.
Imprnt.AI is an AI-powered branding and marketing platform designed for SMEs, startups, and creative agencies. It enables users to generate posters, captions, website content, and campaign ideas using artificial intelligence, aiming to make marketing more efficient and accessible.
A key focus of the platform is Bangla-first marketing support, including Bangla typography, bilingual caption generation, and brand consistency tools, addressing a gap where many global AI tools still struggle to deliver locally relevant outputs.
According to the team, many small businesses face challenges in marketing due to high costs, slow production cycles, and dependence on multiple tools or service providers. Imprnt.AI seeks to simplify this process through an integrated AI-driven system.
The team is also developing advanced features such as brand memory, editable AI-generated designs, and multi-stage creative workflows. In the future, they plan to expand the platform into a full AI-powered branding ecosystem for businesses and agencies in Bangladesh.
Although still in its MVP stage, the team said the competition win has provided strong early validation and recognition for their idea, strengthening their vision for further development and scaling.
