BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:
Officer, Call Center, Alternate Banking Channels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to act on instructions (query/request/complaint/feedback) made by the customer in Call Center through incoming and outgoing calls with satisfactory resolutions
- Responsible for identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provides solutions and/or alternatives
- Responsible to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Responsible for adhering quality, office adherence, KPI related guidelines and meet personal or team’s qualitative & quantitative targets
- Responsible to adhere and support company/departmental process, policies and practices.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when arise
- Having a positive mindset to deliver other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from any UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record
- Pro-active, problem solver, positive attitude and customer centric mindset
- Having good command in presentation and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work in a team under roster.
- Having basic computer knowledge with MS Office.
- Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.
