BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:

Relationship Officer, SME Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Explore new business opportunities
  • Create database of potential customers through market survey
  • Analyze creditworthiness of the potential borrower
  • Relationship Management with existing & new customers
  • Ensure delightful customer service
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of documents and information of the bank and its customers
  • Achieve sales target set by the management

Key Qualifications: Graduation from any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum one (1) year relevant sales experience as Full-time Employee in a financial institution
  • Candidates with selling experience of SME loan products will get preference
  • Must have Motorcycle riding skill with valid driving license
  • Flexible in working anywhere in the country
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill
