Daffodil International University (DIU) has secured the 1st position among private universities in Bangladesh and 3rd overall among both public and private institutions in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2026.

The university has also been placed in the 351–400 band in Asia, reflecting its growing academic reputation at both national and regional levels.

DIU achieved an overall score of 38.22 based on five key performance indicators: teaching quality, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook.
