Eighth-semester students of the first batch of the Department of Music at Tagore University of Creative Arts (TUCA) organised a musical event titled “Surer Kheya’y Hazar Bachhar” on Wednesday (5 August).

The event began at 5pm at Priyanka Shooting Zone in Birulia along the Mirpur–Ashulia embankment, according to a press release.

Students of the university performed patriotic songs, Rabindra Sangeet and modern songs at the event.

Robin Khan, a leading figure at Tagore University of Creative Arts; Board of Trustees Member Major General (retd) Abu Sayeed Md Masud; the head of the Department of Music; teachers from different departments; officials; employees; students; and invited guests attended the programme.
