The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations for 2026 will begin on 2 July, Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Haque Milon has confirmed.
The minister shared the information in an interview with a private television channel.
The announcement comes as students and guardians have been waiting for the official examination schedule. The Education Ministry is expected to publish the full routine soon.
Students have been advised to continue their preparations in line with the announced starting date.
