The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has issued its sixth mass circular to fill 100,822 entry-level teaching positions at MPO-listed non-government secondary schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical and business management institutes.

According to the notification, 46,211 teachers will be recruited for schools and colleges, 53,501 for madrasas, and 1,110 for technical and business institutions.

Online applications will open at 12pm on 22 June and remain open until 13 July. Applicants must be 35 years old or younger as of 4 June. The application fee is Tk1,000.

How to apply

Details regarding the application process and payment of fees are available on the websites of NTRCA and Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. Video tutorials and demos can also be accessed on the Teletalk site.

The list of vacant posts and the online application form will be published on both websites on 22 June. Applicants can apply using only one registration certificate for a specific level, even if they hold multiple certificates. Each applicant may choose up to 40 preferred institutions from the list of vacancies. According to the Education Ministry’s directive, there will be no quota reserved for women in this recruitment phase.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a valid registration certificate corresponding to the subject, position, and institution type. They must also be listed in NTRCA’s combined merit list and meet the requirements outlined in the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration Examination Rules, 2006 (amended 2015), rule 10(1).

Applicants must possess the required academic qualifications as per the latest manpower structure and MPO policies issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division and the Technical and Madrasa Education Division.
