The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations for 2025 will be published on Thursday, 16 October according to a press release issued on 13 October by Professor Khondokar Ehsanul Kabir, chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka.

The results will be released simultaneously at 10:00 am on the official websites of the country’s nine general education boards — Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, and Mymensingh — along with the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board.

How to check the results:

Institutions: Visit www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, go to the Result Corner, select the respective board, and enter the institution’s EIIN number to download results.

Students: Individual results can be accessed from their institutions, through the joint website www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, or via their respective board websites.

SMS: Results may also be obtained by sending an SMS to 16222 following the format provided on the board websites.The education boards, the Ministry of Education, and newspaper offices will not provide results in person.

Applications for re-scrutiny will be accepted online from 17 to 23 October 2025 at https://rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd.

Detailed guidelines on the process will be available on the respective education boards’ websites and through official notices in newspapers.
