BizQ 2.0, the much-anticipated knowledge-based competition organised by the Forum of Entrepreneurship and Business (FEB-JU), was successfully held at the Faculty of Business Studies, Jahangirnagar University. The grand final took place on 19 November 2025, featuring some of the most promising freshers of the 54th batch.

More than 150 students participated in the initial online qualifying round, from which 30 were shortlisted. After a highly competitive final round, the top three winners were selected by narrow margins. The Champion and the 2nd Runner-up were from the Department of Finance and Banking, while the 1st Runner-up was from the Department of Economics.

The final round was attended by Mahade Hasan, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Information Systems, JU, and Adviser of FEB, as the distinguished guest. He said such competitions strengthen student engagement and encourage a deeper commitment to academic excellence.

Club President Zahidul Islam and General Secretary Md Mozammel Haque Tanvir said the competition aims to develop students’ skills, business knowledge and career readiness. They noted that BizQ 2.0 further increased students’ interest in business, finance and global economic topics. The entire event was executed under their coordinated leadership.

The programme was supervised by Farhan Muksit (Snigdho), Head of the Learning and Talent Development Wing of FEB-JU, who said FEB-JU plans to organise more initiatives to improve student competence and competitive ability.

BizQ 2.0 concluded on a high note, marking another milestone for FEB-JU in promoting business education and practical learning within the university community.
