Team Blue has been crowned champions of the IUB Female Cricket Tournament 2025, following an exhilarating finale at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on 30 November, 2025. In a highly competitive match, Team Blue defeated Team Purple to claim the championship trophy.

The winning team was led by captain Afrina Akter Akhi, whose outstanding leadership and on-field performance earned her the Player of the Final award. Her strategic decision-making played a key role in Team Blue’s commanding victory.

The prize-giving ceremony was attended by IUB Pro-Vice-Chancellor Daniel Lund and the head of the Division of Student Activities (DoSA), Atif, who presented medals and the championship trophy to the jubilant players. Both guests praised the sportsmanship and enthusiasm displayed by all participating teams.
