Mentors’ Study Abroad presents Hult Prize at ULAB 2025/26 successfully concludes
Mentors’ Study Abroad presents Hult Prize at ULAB 2025–26, powered by Rustic Eatery, Fresh Anonna and Gold Kinen, in association with Swan Group and supported by ULAB School of Business, concluded its Grand Finale on 17 January 2026 at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) campus.
The event marked the culmination of months of competition focused on innovation and impact-driven entrepreneurship. Nine finalist teams—Team Grevo, Team Tylus, Team Indalo, Team Quadrophenia, Team Eco Revolt, Team Salvador, Team PawCheck, Team Bitonic and Team She-Warriors—presented their business models, social impact strategies and scalability plans before a panel of judges and an audience of students, academics and industry professionals.
The finale featured a total prize pool of BDT 130,000, recognising solutions addressing global challenges through sustainable and entrepreneurial approaches.

T I M Nurul Kabir, executive director of the Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), attended the event as chief guest. In his address, he highlighted the importance of youth-led innovation, investment readiness and building globally competitive social enterprises.
Other guests included Prof Imran Rahman, former vice-chancellor of ULAB; A F Wazir Ahmad, PhD, director of the BBA programme at ULAB and adviser to Hult Prize at ULAB; and Ekhtear Ahmed Zeesan, lecturer, Department of Business Administration, ULAB.
Following the final round, Team Tylus emerged as champion, winning BDT 60,000. Team Indalo secured the first runner-up position with BDT 40,000, while Team Grevo became second runner-up, receiving BDT 30,000. The winning teams were recognised for their innovation, clarity of vision and long-term social impact potential.
The event was supported by a wide network of partners, including food, hospitality, merchandise, fashion, refreshment and documentation partners, alongside broadcast, print, digital and youth engagement media partners.
The Grand Finale reaffirmed Hult Prize at ULAB’s role as a platform for youth-led innovation and purpose-driven entrepreneurship, enabling emerging changemakers to translate ideas into action and contribute to meaningful global impact.
