RUET’s Hult Prize 2025-26: Youth-led innovation takes center stage on campus

Founded in 2018, Hult Prize at RUET has grown into one of the most anticipated platforms for student-led innovation and social entrepreneurship on campus. As part of the global Hult Prize Foundation, the RUET chapter empowers students to solve pressing global challenges through business ideas that blend purpose with profit. Over the years, it has inspired hundreds of changemakers to think boldly, act locally, and dream globally.

This year’s Campus Round begins with an abstract submission-where 72 teams were registered and present their initial idea proposals. From these, 24 teams were shortlisted to move forward. In the next stage, each selected team submits a 4‑minute pitch video, showcasing their innovation and impact model. Based on these pitches, 6 teams advance to the Final Round, where they have to present live before judges. Finally, the top 6 teams (Eco-Bite, Rust-X, SystemSage Solutions, Nutrimind, Ecopoly Bangladesh, BioWeave) will compete in the Grand Final Round, with one champion earning the chance to represent RUET at the Regional Summit and continue the journey toward the $1 million global prize. The Final is going to happen 3th February, 5.00 PM onwards from the Conference Room of the Ruet’s CSE Department.
