University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and Bangladesh Youth Enterprise Advice and Helpcentre (BYEAH) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on providing comprehensive support to youth-led social and green initiatives.
The partnership aims to exchange knowledge, conduct joint research and launch projects, including establishing a Social & Green Entrepreneurship-focused incubator at ULAB. BYEAH, a member of the global network Youth Business International, will provide its social, green and inclusive entrepreneurship knowledge to co-create new products, training and services for the incubator. BYEAH will also tap into its international network’s social, green and inclusive entrepreneurship knowledge repository to support ULAB’s youth who want to tackle Bangladesh’s most pressing social and environmental challenges through their ventures.
The MoU was signed on February 12, 2023, by Professor Imran Rahman, Vice Chancellor of ULAB, and Manzoor Hasan, Chairperson of BYEAH at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, ULAB. BYEAH is ULAB’s exclusive technical partner in establishing the “ULAB Social & Green Entrepreneurship Incubator.”
